- Accept your invitation and register an agent for review.
- Import a sanitized activity snapshot, complete a Safety Passport, or do both. Review what will be saved and confirm consent.
- Inspect the findings, workflow steps and source evidence. Reopen your saved results and download JSON or text.
- Add reviewer notes in a new snapshot or record fixes in a linked Passport reassessment. Original records remain unchanged.

Before you begin
- What should I bring?
- A descriptive agent name and either sanitized activity/source records, current permission and safeguard declarations, or both. The workspace includes an import guide, source converter and sample import files. Do not submit credentials, account details or raw trading instructions.
- What will my review show?
- Findings tied to your submitted settings and records, recommended fixes, and a history of the changes your reviewer records.
- Who can see my reports?
- Members assigned to your private workspace. Downloaded copies need to be kept private; removing workspace access cannot recall a download.
- Where is my invitation?
- Check Spam or Junk for the BMM email. Use your invited email address to request a sign-in code. Contact your workspace owner if access is unavailable.
- How do I start?
- Request a private workspace. We agree the review scope and terms, invite your team, and you submit a snapshot whenever you want a new review.
